Product Features

ELPHA's aluminum beam slap extrusion profiles are produced on large-tonnage presses — including 5,500T and 7,500T capacity — enabling single-pass extrusion of wide, complex cross-sections without joints or welds along the profile length. This ensures consistent wall thickness, uniform mechanical properties, and repeatable geometry across high-volume production runs.

The 6061-T6 temper provides the optimal combination of tensile strength, hardness, and corrosion resistance for structural formwork applications. Profiles are available in I-beam and box-section geometries and can be cut to project-specific lengths. Suitable for formwork beams, shoring components, and custom structural applications requiring lightweight, high-strength aluminum profiles.
