The China Railway · Lingnan Residence Project is a large-scale urban residential and mixed-use development located at the intersection of Nanling Avenue and Xiangxue West Road in Beihu District, Chenzhou City, within the core area of the Chenzhou CBD Wuling sector.
Commercial
This project is a large-scale urban high-rise development constructed by China Railway No.3 Engineering Group, located in Xi’an High-Tech Zone. The development includes one super high-rise tower combined with a multi-storey podium and a three-level underground parking structure.
Villa
The project covers a total site area of approximately 21,150.46 m² with a total gross floor area of about 87,295 m², including two basement levels (partially one level) and eight above-ground residential buildings.
Design & Technical Validation
Every project begins with in-depth system design and technical confirmation. Our engineering team develops detailed aluminum formwork shop drawings, 3D models, and assembly logic based on structural drawings. Panel sizing, tolerances, load paths, interfaces, corners, and installation sequences are fully verified at this stage to eliminate downstream risk.
Manufacturing & Intelligent Production
Once design is approved, production moves into our automated manufacturing lines. Precision machining, standardized assembly, and electrostatic powder coating ensure consistent quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface performance. Finished aluminum formwork panels are systemized and stacked in order, ready for large-scale, repeatable deployment.
Logistics & On-Site Delivery
Formwork systems are packed according to installation sequence and shipped efficiently. From container loading to site unloading, logistics are coordinated to align with construction schedules, minimizing site congestion and ensuring smooth handover.
Installation Support & After-Sales Service
Our technical team provides on-site guidance during installation, supporting contractors with system setup, cycle optimization, and quality control. Final inspections and ongoing after-sales support ensure stable performance throughout the project lifecycle.
