Product Features

Beam formwork panels shape the actual structural concrete beams within the building — the permanent load-bearing members spanning between columns or walls. The beam-bottom panel forms the underside of the beam and carries the wet concrete load until the pour cures; beam-side panels form the vertical faces and control beam width and verticality. Both are manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy with the same punched hole pattern and pin-and-wedge connection system as standard wall panels, allowing fast assembly directly from the project shop drawings. Once the concrete beam cures, the aluminum formwork is stripped and reused on the next beam or project — only the concrete remains as the permanent structure.
