Product Features

The standard wall panel is ELPHA's universal forming panel, used across external walls, slab edges, beam sides, and beam bottoms depending on project configuration. Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy by single-pass extrusion, each panel maintains a consistent cross-section and CNC-punched hole pattern across its full length, allowing fast pin-and-wedge connection in any position. Available in widths from 50–600mm and heights from 1,200–2,800mm, with all structural joints MIG-welded for long-term rigidity. Its interchangeability across forming positions makes it the highest-volume panel in most project bills of materials, reducing dead stock across multi-project panel inventories. Fully compatible with both flat-tie and tie-rod systems.
