Product Features
The slab panel forms the underside surface of cast-in-place concrete floor slabs and transfers vertical loads down to the aluminum beam and prop head shoring system. Manufactured from 6061-T6 aluminum alloy by single-pass extrusion, the panel maintains flatness and dimensional accuracy across hundreds of pour cycles.
Its lightweight construction allows floor-by-floor repositioning by hand, reducing crane dependency and accelerating floor cycle time. A typical floor using ELPHA's slab panel system can be completed within 3–5 days per cycle. The ribbed frame provides structural depth without excess weight, and MIG-welded joints ensure long-term rigidity under repeated loading. Pin holes are punched at standard intervals for fast connection to adjacent panels, C channels, and the shoring system below.
