Product Features

The corner C channel connects adjacent wall panels at internal and external corners, forming a rigid structural node that resists lateral concrete pressure and prevents panel separation during pours. The L-shaped profile is precision-machined with CNC-punched pin holes at standard intervals for fast pin-and-wedge locking.

Standardized geometry ensures repeatable corner dimensions pour after pour, reducing rework and surface defects at corner junctions. Available in 100mm and 150mm horizontal base widths with vertical height adjustable from 100–200mm. Three variants cover all corner configurations: standard outer corner (C), inner corner (C with L1+L2 designation), and inner wall column (CJ). Fully compatible with both flat-tie and tie-rod systems.
